Born in Montreal, Cananda, Dr. Gherman attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and later his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. His passion for dentistry came from his experience with his childhood dentist, who’s ability to render painless dentistry left a lifelong impression on the importance of making patients feel secure and comfortable.

While attending his dental program in Las Vegas, Dr. Gherman quickly fell in love with Oral Surgery and Prosthetics, with being able to take someone who is in pain and unhappy with their smile to a state of relief and confidence being “the most fulfilling feeling” he’s ever experienced. Dr. Gherman turned his passion to fruition when he received advanced training in Oral Surgery at UNLV, where he spent the latter half of his Dental Education tackling complex cases in the ER and mentoring underclassmen. When not in the ER, you could probably find him in the prosthodontic faculty’s offices, discussing implants and their restorative options.

When he’s not building smiles, Dr. Gherman’s favorite activities include hiking, skiing, and relaxing to a nice movie.
